Greetings Sanders Farm CBD Customer,
We try not to send out too many emails and fill up your inbox unnecessarily, but this one is important!
Federal regulations have been changing surrounding the sale of CBD and hemp related products. Beginning November 2026, the platform we use to take credit card payments will be canceling contracts with CBD businesses.
Since inception of Sanders Farm CBD, we have consistently tested our products to make sure THC is below the legal limit of 0.3%. Our 2025 hemp strain, which is being used for all of our current products, was tested for THC and resulted in non detectable levels. However, corporations such as Square©, do not want to be held liable for potential violations by other small businesses that do not comply.
If you wish to make online purchases of our product, you will need to do so before November 1st, 2026. We recommend that if you do not live locally, you may want to stock up on our supply. Please be advised that there may be a slight shipping delay due to production time for increased order volumes.
We will continuously review current regulations to ensure that we are doing things by the book. If in the future, after November, you would like to make purchases with cash or check, transactions can still be done at a local level. And as always, we are able to leave products on the front porch to pick up at your convenience. We will make every effort to continue showing our products at local craft fairs and we will announce those regularly on our website.
We continue to use CBD everyday in our home, so production here will never cease. Our current hemp crop looks fantastic, so as long as it remains legal to sell our CBD products to you, we will continue to do so, and with healthy, all natural ingredients, splashed with love from the Divine.
